All-day menu

I still form my way of eating. However, this process is in the final stage. I enjoy doing shopping, preparing food and cooking. I have eliminated from the shopping list and menu lots of unwanted ingredients. The list is quite long. Probably it is easier to say what I eat. I am a vegan now. It sounds incredible for me, but it is a fact. I still use a small amount of honey, mainly to make my side salads. It is only my animal source food.
From time to time, I count calories contained in my daily menu. It lets me catch a sense of the amount of food my body needs. At this time, I presume I need 2000 calories daily. About 10% calories in fats and 10% in proteins. The rest around 80% comes from carbohydrates, mainly whole fruits. On average because sometimes when I don't eat avocado fats are about 5%.   

BREAKFAST



I have shortly cooked porridge with almond drink diluted with water 1:1.  All unsalted and unsweetened. I like to eat fruits separately one after another. Some water to drink. The total amount of calories:  634

LUNCH

My lunch is always raw. Today spinach and wild rocket with some cucumber, tomato, radish and melon. All blended. Some water to drink. What to say, I love it 😊 I was full and left a banana. I didn't include it in calories. The lunch contains 430 calories.

DINNER

I am proud of myself. I have cooked this dish for the first time, and it tasted delicious. I broiled some onion on the dry pan and stewed in its own juices mushrooms, courgette, spinach, tomato and two cloves of garlic I served it with buckwheat groats and a side salad made from celeriac, apple and some prunes. There is not oil, salt and condiments As a source of fat, I have eaten avocado. I like to eat an avocado and fruits piece by piece cutting by knife  For dessert fruits. I was full and left an orange uneaten. The total amount of calories for this meal: 888

The total daily amount of calories is 1952. Fats constitute 12% of calories and proteins 9,5%.
I wasn't aware that avocado is a bomb of fats. This medium avocado has had 189 calories, including 145 calories coming from fats - 77% of fat.
The rest food eaten today has had in total 90 calories coming from fats - 4.5%. Interesting 😊
