From time to time, I count calories contained in my daily menu. It lets me catch a sense of the amount of food my body needs. At this time, I presume I need 2000 calories daily. About 10% calories in fats and 10% in proteins. The rest around 80% comes from carbohydrates, mainly whole fruits. On average because sometimes when I don't eat avocado fats are about 5%.
BREAKFAST
I have shortly cooked porridge with almond drink diluted with water 1:1. All unsalted and unsweetened. I like to eat fruits separately one after another. Some water to drink. The total amount of calories: 634
LUNCH
My lunch is always raw. Today spinach and wild rocket with some cucumber, tomato, radish and melon. All blended. Some water to drink. What to say, I love it 😊 I was full and left a banana. I didn't include it in calories. The lunch contains 430 calories.
DINNER
The total daily amount of calories is 1952. Fats constitute 12% of calories and proteins 9,5%.
I wasn't aware that avocado is a bomb of fats. This medium avocado has had 189 calories, including 145 calories coming from fats - 77% of fat.
The rest food eaten today has had in total 90 calories coming from fats - 4.5%. Interesting 😊
