Breakfast

My breakfast is always porridge or bran with diluted 1:1 with water almond or soya drink. I don't eat any dairy. Always a selection of fruits as well. Today I have eaten my cooked porridge only with water. No sugar, no salt. I enjoyed it. I may say I have already got used to the natural, original taste of food with no condiments.
