When we talk about what has the greatest impact on our health, we usually mean nutrition and exercise. We assume that we will be healthy if we eat healthily and exercise regularly. These are undoubtedly important factors influencing our health, but they are not the most important. Health begins in the head and is a derivative of a healthy state of mind. There may be people who eat well and are physically active, and their life attracts diseases. A clear, positive mind shapes positive, harmonious emotions, and this has a huge impact on the proper balanced hormonal balance of our body. The connection and influence of our spirit on the body have long been known. Medicine even distinguishes psychosomatic diseases, admitting that our psyche can cause the development of diseases. So what I am writing is the reverse of this process, that is, a healthy mind will have a decisive influence on forming a healthy body. Our positive vibrations are higher than toxic food ingredients that can reduce or eliminate their absorption. They will then be excreted in the same state in which they were introduced into the body without causing any toxic effects.
