Since a short time, I believe that cooking is the process of bringing poisonous substances. I am not ready to have only raw fruits and vegetables. I limit the process of cooking to the minimum. I enjoy eating simple boiled meals.
These are boiled brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes.
Raw side salad: grated celeriac, grated apple and chopped orange.
The whole meal is not salted and prepared with no condiments.
It was today's dinner. I like to eat and enjoy the natural tastes of fruits and vegetables. After a short time, I got used to it.
When I went off eating meat, caffeine or sugar, I become more aware and mindful about food. My attention and intuition let me feel and notice how much fat, protein and processed food I have been eating the whole my past life. I perceived how big and developed food industry is.
