Dominating thoughts (1)

What is essential to become a deliberate and aware creator? To my opinion keeping a clear mind as often as possible. What does it mean? A clear mind contains dominating positive thoughts. It leads to emotional well-being. Another word we feel happy. Let's think if you are so glad all the time? If not, you think negative thoughts. External conditions or past experiences usually cause them. As I mentioned yesterday, it is reactiveness. Possessing dominating positive and optimistic thoughts demonstrates creativeness. When you start to observe your thoughts and their quality, you should quickly notice and feel oftener, negative thoughts and emotions. The point is to achieve ability enabling reversing the process into positive dominating thoughts. When you meditate, visualise, read affirmations, feel relaxed, have an enjoyable time all seems to be okay. But on a deeper level and especially in gaps between we may steel think unwanted thoughts and feel uncomfortable emotions. It shapes our vibrational picture, and we create adequate material reality. The meditation is powerful but doesn't dissipate law vibrating thoughts forever. Another word is always important what happens between and how long lasts. So as I said at the beginning of the note, we need to practice keeping our mind clear as often as possible
