My Dinner


I have prepared this meal intuitively. I am pleased and enjoyed eating it a couple of days ago.
The main course contains boiled swede, spinach, two cloves of garlic and cauliflower. All topped with some fresh basil. /209 calories/
The salade comprises chopped wild rocket with lettuce and grated radish, courgette, yellow bell pepper and apple. /97 calories/
Fruits as a dessert: grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple and plume. /237 calories/
Altogether: 543 calories.
