This morning's organic meal contains:
30g of chia seeds
40g of buckwheat groats
2tb spoons of desiccated coconuts
40g of corn flakes
1 medium banana
2,5 cups of water
610 cal. - 28% of fat, 63% of carbohydrates and 10% of protein.
I like it very much. It is my alternative for porridge.
