A bowl of morning soup


 This is my breakfast alternative to oatmeal. It's an unconventional combination of ingredients that gives it a perfect taste effect.

50g of  chia seeds, soaked overnight 

50g of boiled green lentils

200g of bananas

water


480 calories,

15% calories from protein

17% calories from fat


68% calories from carbohydrates
