Food (2)
In November 2018 I was in a process to quit smoking. It was in Poland when I started to feel unwillingness and reluctance to meat. For a long time, I watched and tried to maintain my vibration as high as possible. I found research that measured the low energy that the meat emits. I rather felt it more than tried to explain to myself. When I came back home to England I stopped to buy meat. I only ate the meat that still was in the freezer. I was still eating fish and seafood. It was an interesting time that required some creativity to find vegetarian recipes. Eating out wasn't a problem at all. Every menu contains some vegetarian dishes.
