Approximately in April or May last year I began to vape using liquids without nicotine. The only drug in my life was caffeine in a coffee. I felt that craving for coffee was stronger and concerned stopping taking sugar, nicotine, and caffeine from teas. These above changes were big and the most important. Then I commenced limiting eating bread, salt, ketchup, canned products, and buying food with a low level of sugar /5g per 100g and lower/ It was an interesting process becoming aware of consumed food. I was happy with all the changes. It everything happened not because of my thinking and intellectual considering. It was more intuitive than an intellectual process. Another huge change on this path took place in November 2019.
